When you come to us (please take prior appointment), your first stop is the friendly reception desk. The flow chart shows the various steps you will go through for a thorough and complete eye check up carried out by qualified and excellent eye doctors and optometrists.

We have nine fully equipped examination chambers to save your time, but a proper eye examination takes up to 3 hours, sometimes more if some further investigations are required. Very often, we have to instill drops in your eyes to allow us to look at the back of the eye. These drops will blur your vision, which will last for 8 hours in adults and for 2 days in children. You are requested to schedule your visit accordingly and bring along a friend or a relative who can take you back home.
